Almost everyone today suffers from some lack of confidence in some area of their lives. The message is that it is time to start building your confidence in these areas. The time is now to stand up and face your fears.

An example of this would be someone who has a fear of having contact with anyone who wears a uniform. They forget that these people are just people like themselves performing a different type of job. In reality they are no different everyone else.
